Responsibilities
Lead executive and C-level conversations focused on technology strategy, innovation, and modernization roadmaps
Design enterprise architecture blueprints that integrate cloud, data, AI, and platform engineering strategies into cohesive solutions
Advise customers on emerging technologies and market trends, guiding decisions around AI adoption, platform automation, and multi-cloud strategies
Partner with sales and account teams to develop strategic transformation initiatives that align technology to measurable business outcomes
Architect end-to-end solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, integrating hybrid and multi-cloud operating models
Guide data and AI modernization initiatives, including data platform design, analytics enablement, and AI-driven automation
Define governance, observability, and security frameworks to ensure resilience and compliance in large-scale cloud environments
Collaborate with internal practice leaders to build repeatable architectures and go-to-market offerings across emerging technologies
Represent Paragon Micro as a thought leader through executive briefings, workshops, and industry engagements
Mentor solution architects and technical teams, fostering innovation and architectural excellence across the organization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology strategy roles
Deep technical and strategic expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid architectures
Strong understanding of platform engineering, automation frameworks, and DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies
Experience designing and implementing data and AI platforms using modern analytics and generative AI technologies
Proven ability to lead executive-level strategy sessions and communicate complex technical concepts in business terms
Track record of building multi-year technology roadmaps and guiding large-scale transformation initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems to drive success
Passion for innovation and staying ahead of emerging trends shaping the enterprise technology landscape
