Arrowmac is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical advertising client to identify a talented Customer Experience (CX) Digital Lead. Work in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams including marketing, agencies, analytics, compliance, and technology partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, compliance standards, and legal considerations
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer experience, or agency work within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems
Digital/CRM Subject Matter Expertise: Proven experience with digital marketing and CRM platforms across channels (web, email, social, mobile); expertise in omni-channel marketing
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience working in matrixed teams with marketing, agencies, analytics, compliance, and technology partners
