Project Planner
AnazaoHealth is a specialty compounding pharmacy focusing on Wellness, Pain Management and Nuclear Medicine. The Project Planner will lead end-to-end project management for the development of new products and processes within a pharmaceutical environment, overseeing complex CAPEX initiatives and coordinating cross-functional development activities.

Responsibilities
Lead full‑lifecycle project management for new product development initiatives, from concept through commercialization
Develop and maintain master project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage multiple simultaneous projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
Drive decision-making, provide clear executive‑level communication, and ensure leadership is continuously informed of progress, issues, and risks
Oversee planning, execution, and financial performance of high‑value CAPEX projects involving facilities, equipment, and process infrastructure
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure capital investments meet operational and regulatory needs
Manage procurement, installation, qualification, and commissioning activities related to new equipment and manufacturing capabilities
Collaborate with equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and third‑party vendors to ensure efficient processes, minimize waste, and optimize production workflows
Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance oversight to meet project objectives and cost targets
Ensure all external partners adhere to cGMP, quality, and safety standards
Partner with R&D, Quality, and Operations to design and implement scalable product formulations and manufacturing processes
Ensure new processes meet applicable 503A, 503B, or cGMP compounding regulations
Support validation, technology transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
Engage with Operations department to provide full support, education, and planning needs
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and executive briefings
Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory, quality, and audit requirements
Ensure all projects adhere to internal policies, cGMP standards, and applicable federal/state regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong background in regulated compounding operations (503A, 503B, or cGMP)
Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects
Ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, and external partners
