Responsibilities
Design and deploy matter-specific document review workflows based on scope, deadlines, and complexity using advanced Relativity functionality
Develop and apply quality assurance processes to maintain accuracy, consistency, and defensibility across reviews
Supervise internal teams and external contract reviewers by evaluating work product and tracking performance metrics
Analyze staffing requirements to ensure proper alignment of resources with review timelines
Provide hands-on review support including second-level review, quality checks, and preparation of privilege logs as needed
Collaborate with attorneys to create and finalize review protocols and documentation standards
Act as an internal subject matter resource by creating and delivering training on document review fundamentals and best practices
Identify and implement workflow enhancements that use technology to improve efficiency and review quality across matters
Manage multiple document review projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
Monitor developments in eDiscovery technology and industry practices to continuously strengthen review operations
Travel on an occasional basis to support matter-specific or client-related needs
Qualification
Required
Hold a Juris Doctor degree with active bar admission in good standing
Bring several years of document review experience, including prior responsibility in a leadership or oversight capacity
Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in Relativity, including coding layout configuration, analytics tools, TAR workflows, and Review Center
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Remain highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure and tight timelines
Work collaboratively with legal teams while maintaining a solutions-focused mindset
Adapt quickly to new technologies and demonstrate a strong interest in process optimization and continuous improvement
