Recruitment Advisor
SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to join their team, focusing on attracting and hiring licensed financial professionals. This role involves developing talent acquisition strategies and managing multiple requisitions across various geographies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and processes
Partner with stakeholders and HR to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles
Conduct intake meetings with managers to ensure alignment on role expectations
Source candidates through online channels and targeted industry events
Manage 20–25 requisitions across multiple geographies
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years of recruiting experience
Prior experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management
Strong knowledge of industry regulations, licensing, and competitive landscape
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ATS systems
