Responsibilities
Lead and guide a team of direct sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
Develop sales strategies, set goals, analyze data, and monitor KPI performance to drive growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales development to execute revenue campaigns
Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps to monitor and manage KPI reporting
Run a monthly performance management cadence
Lead your team on proactive outbound sales and lead-qualification
Partner with your reps on customer sales cycles, presentations, and engagements
Responsible for the career and skill development of your team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Inside Sales Management or leadership experience in technology/software, human capital technology preferred
Shown success with managing, motivating and developing an inside sales team
Experience with prospecting, lead generation/qualification, and customer/prospect follow-up
Exceptional interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills required
Experience with presenting product materials, sales webinars and seminars as required
Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in various social media tools, Salesforce and/or other CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
