Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Three (3) years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, or quality improvement

Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, HRSA, 340B, and AAAHC

Demonstrated experience assisting with or conducting audits, risk assessments, or policy reviews

Skilled in building collaborative relationships and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn new software systems quickly

Current and in good standing: CDL, vehicle insurance and DMV report
