Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial clients and maintain strong relationships
Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits and claims-related service
Conduct proactive account reviews and risk assessments
Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing account coverage
Track tasks and communications in Hawksoft, Sembley and CRM
Coordinate marketing and remarketing efforts with carriers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Minimum of 5 years of Account Manager experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
Ability to work Full Time (40 hours per week) and on a schedule based on Eastern Standard Time
Preferred
License: Property & Casualty (Georgia)
Management System: Hawksoft & Carrier Rating Systems
Computer Skills: DocuSign, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom
Additional Language Skills: Spanish
