Responsibilities
Supervise cleaning staff activities to ensure daily tasks are completed
Ensure quality control standards are met through regular inspections
Provide ongoing training to cleaning employees
Understand contract requirements related to the position
Maintain supplies and equipment following established procedures
Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
Additional responsibilities may include restroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, sweeping, glass cleaning, and restocking paper and soap supplies
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning and maintenance experience
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
Valid driver's license required
Authorization to work in the United States is required
