Responsibilities
Translate customer requirements in the form of Visio call flow, into application code
Collaborate with Business Analyst and Quality Assurance team members
Perform problem resolution for existing applications
Make informed design and development decisions
Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues for feedback to senior management
Stay up-to-date on technology trends and best-practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
Excellent programming skills as demonstrated by some college level coursework or work experience
Excellent communication skills
Team oriented and self-motivated
The ability to communicate ideas effectively, to listen to others' ideas, and to collaborate to arrive at great solutions
Experience with Visual Studio, VSCode, or similar IDEs
Hybrid role - must be in HQ - Norcross, GA Tuesdays and Thursdays
Preferred
A firm understanding of programming languages such as C#, C++, or Java
Experience with ASP.NET web technologies
Experience working with HTML5 and Javascript
Experience using or programming Linux
Some experience with IVR applications
