Payroll Administrator
Responsibilities
Review weekly union time records for accuracy in partnership with HR and Superintendent teams
Enter time into Paycom and assist in weekly payroll processing for 100–500 employees
Research and resolve payroll questions, paycheck errors, and wage adjustments
Support certified payroll reporting, workers’ comp reporting, MN PFML, and other compliance needs
Manage wage levies, child support orders, and other wage‑related compliance items
Assist with audits and prepare payroll reports for internal teams
Support union onboarding, including I‑9s and employee setup
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or certificate in Accounting, HR, or related field
1–3 years of payroll or construction industry experience
