OSI Electronics is seeking a Test Operator who will perform a variety of processing and testing on electronic components, including various tests and quality assurance responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Conducts DC and PIND tests
Performs Constant Acceleration, and Differential VBE
Responsible for Temp Test
Performs Laser Mark, Solder Dip, X-Ray, Leak Test, External Visual and Mechanical
Cross trained in other related test areas as production demand requires
Create original documents, reports and spreadsheets and interpret information furnished in written, oral or schedule form

Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience may be substituted for a degree
3+ years related work experience is desired
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet and email programs
Must be able to work with tweezers, microscopes, chemicals such as alcohol, acetone and solder, on a daily basis
Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk. Stands and walks throughout the day. May stand for lengthy periods at events
Requires clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Detailed oriented, multi-tasked, identify priorities and the ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively
