Responsibilities
Administer servers, networks, virtual environments, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Maintain strong cybersecurity controls, firewall monitoring, certificates, and security policies
Monitor system performance and minimize network downtime
Manage disaster recovery planning, testing, and documentation
Assist with network upgrades, audits, and vendor coordination
Provide internal IT support and escalated troubleshooting as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of systems or network administration experience
Nutanix or virtual environment experience
Security or project management experience
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or similar certification
