Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and implementing appropriate solutions
Process orders and manage returns and exchanges efficiently to provide customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance overall service delivery
Provide product information and support to help customers make informed decisions

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with composure
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues

Preferred

Further education in business or communications is a plus
Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools is advantageous
