Serve as the central intake point for all contract requests

Assess contract needs and determine complexity

Select appropriate contract templates and draft agreements

Manage the full contract lifecycle , including renewals and amendments

Independently draft, review, and negotiate simple contracts

Coordinate complex contracts with Legal, Compliance, Procurement , and business teams

Identify risk, ambiguity, and negotiation opportunities in contract language

Ensure contracts comply with organizational policies and legal requirements

Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals

Maintain accurate contract storage and archiving

Support process improvements and contract operations initiatives
