They are seeking a Federal Account Executive with proven experience in selling to the Department of Defense, who will be responsible for building a DoD book of business and driving revenue without the constraints of quotas or micromanagement.

Responsibilities
Build your DoD book of business from the ground up
Identify, qualify, and close federal opportunities
Leverage Hexon’s 50+ OEM partners to craft winning solutions
Develop relationships with contracting officers, program managers, and technical stakeholders
Drive revenue with urgency and accountability
Work directly with leadership to refine strategy and offerings
Represent Hexon at customer meetings, industry days, and events
Own your deals from first conversation to signed contract
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret clearance (required)
Strong track record selling into DoD
Deep understanding of federal procurement and acquisition cycles
Proven closer mentality with real-world revenue success
Startup mindset: resourceful, gritty, self-directed
Revenue-focused hustler who gets shit done
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving fast
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Existing relationships inside defense agencies strongly preferred
