HR Assistant (Onboarding Specialist)
Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the HR department with administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves managing employee relations, staffing, and compliance to ensure smooth HR operations within the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with preparing new hire paperwork
Maintain and update employee files HR databases and confidential information while processing employment documentation such as contracts benefits and payroll forms
Coordinate new employee orientation sessions assist in onboarding and provide new hires with information about hospital policies benefits and compliance
Prepare HR reports correspondence and documentation assist with scheduling training sessions and tracking employee certifications
Support HR team in ensuring adherence to hospital policies labor laws and regulatory requirements and help coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR questions while facilitating communication between HR hospital staff and management
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired
Must have strong communication skills
General office and/or Personnel related experience is required
Microsoft Office skills required
Ability to excel in a faced paced environment
Preferred
1-2 Years of Healthcare experience preferred
