Responsibilities
Program, manage and deliver web-based surveys on behalf of Azurite’s clients
Actively manage and investigate live survey data to ensure respondent quality and accuracy
Independently test and optimize survey scripting, maintenance and client delivery
Expand Azurite’s survey/programming capabilities, processes, IP and survey-related strategy
Build relationships with clients while providing regular data updates
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that drive client decision making and assist team members to deliver client projects
Proactively identify optimizations and opportunities for automation across our technology stack
Collaborate proactively with the consulting, marketing and technology teams to develop and deliver services
Process and content-manage a growing team for scalability and sustainability as we expand
Coordinate multiple workflows by anticipating technical needs and managing team resources
Strategically explore and integrate AI and Agentic AI into our process to improve outcomes, insights and client service delivery
Qualification
Required
Deep interest in joining a boutique primary research consulting firm with a ‘start-up' mentality and to be part of the team that focuses on and enables ambitious growth
Educational degree or certification in a related field, or related work experience equivalent such as data analysis, business intelligence, etc
Demonstrate quantitative, technical and analytical acumen
Must have working experience with scripting language such as Python or JavaScript (including data packages like pandas and API integrations)
Data visualization/dashboarding (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or relevant Python packages)
Intermediate/advanced proficiency with Excel
Ability to commute to, and be onsite in the Jersey City, NJ office 3 days a week
Preferred
Statistical methods (basic correlation/covariance analyses), preferred but not required
