Responsibilities
Work directly with the design team, the general contractor, district, local, and state agencies
Function as the Owner’s Representative/ Program Manager throughout the lifecycle of a project
Planning and Initiation Phase
Pre-Construction Phase
Construction Phase
Close-Out Phase
Warranty Phase
Occupancy/Post Occupancy
Qualification
Required
The selected candidate will be a Registered Architect, registered in the state of Texas
Must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant, verifiable experience
Must have experience working in the public sector, managing complex public facing large scale projects
Must understand the financial aspects of design and construction, budgets, and project controls
Must be a great communicator
Preferred
A PMP or CCM is highly desirable
Preference will be given to residents of the Dallas/Fort Worth area
