Client Services Representative
Maatdesk is seeking a Client Services Representative to be the vital first impression for clients. In this role, you will lead client onboarding and provide support to ensure their long-term success with the company's software.

Responsibilities
Customer success - Handle the onboarding of new clients. Then check in on clients per the customer success schedule. Ensure clients are happy and prevent churn
Basic support - Field incoming support inquiries from clients. Determine if it's an actual bug and create a ticket for the development team to resolve. If it's a training issue, they should show the client how to accomplish what they need. Should it be an enhancement request, an enhancement ticket should be created for the development team
Sales Support - Will assist with overflow coverage for the sales phone line
Others may be assigned or removed as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be based in LATAM or Philippines
Advanced English proficiency
Reliable high speed internet connection
Available to work a shift based on the US Eastern Time Zone
2 years sales experience
2 years experience working with CRMs
1 Experience in virtual meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, etc
Tech savvy
Quick learner
Positive, can do attitude
Preferred
Experience in software sales is a big plus
