Human Resources Coordinator
Smarter HR Solutions, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to their Human Resources Department. The role involves assisting with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance, while serving as a key point of contact for employees.

Responsibilities
Process personnel actions in the HRIS system, including pay changes, resignations, terminations, new hires, and retirements. Ensure all transactions are accurate, timely, and handled with strict confidentiality
Support recruitment and hiring activities, including posting requisitions in NeoGov, initiating background checks, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing correspondence, maintaining employee files, processing HR documents, and assembling new-hire packets for bi‑weekly New Employee Orientation (NEO)
Assist with HR audits, compliance reporting, and special projects as assigned by HR leadership
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the Human Resources Department
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of HR experience or administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems
Preferred
PeopleSoft experience is a plus!
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Working knowledge of HR functions and employment laws preferred
PeopleSoft: 1 year (Preferred)
