Responsibilities
Assembles, Audits, and prepares various income control reports according to established procedures
Prepares appropriate documentation for property’s records
Resolves extraordinary problems related to daily Audits
Responsible for training in conjunction with Supervisor
Recommends improvements of Audit procedures to Supervisor
Identifies confidential information and follows procedures for safeguarding such information
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months of previous Auditing/Bookkeeping or related experience
Literate and fluent in English
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
Ability to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
Manual dexterity to operate the computer and other necessary office equipment
Able to respond calmly to demands of internal customers and work in pressure situations
May require long periods of sitting, standing, and typing at a computer keyboard
Preferred
College education preferred but not necessary
Experience with personal computer preferred
