Responsibilities
Perform routine and repetitive production activities related to assembly and manufacturing operations
Conduct production part washing and finishing processes to ensure parts meet required cleanliness and quality standards
Operate basic machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures
Use hand tools such as tape measures, brazing torches, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers as required for production tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to support a safe working environment
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets, quality standards, and deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Effective communication and basic problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new techniques, processes, and technologies
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or related environment
