HR Manager Internship
PropyLaw is a legal-tech startup focused on improving the drafting, reviewing, and execution of leases and real estate documents. They are seeking an HR Manager Intern to assist with hiring, onboarding, and people operations, while also creating processes and systems to support team efficiency.
Responsibilities
Hiring pipeline: post roles, source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and keep the pipeline updated
Onboarding: build and run onboarding checklists, role docs, and first-week plans for interns and contractors
People operations: maintain team records, track availability, support weekly check-ins, and keep documentation organized
Process + systems: create simple SOPs, templates, and workflows (Notion/Google Drive) to help the team scale
Team support: help improve internal communication, meeting cadence, and accountability
Qualification
Required
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Clear written communication and professional judgment
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
Interest in startups, recruiting, HR, or operations
Preferred
Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar tools
