Responsibilities
Onboard new regional grocery merchants with Local Express integration
Serve as a merchant-facing representative, ensuring a successful first 30 days of merchant activation on the platform
Execute all steps in our end-to-end launch tracker
Maintain a strong relationship with Local Express, who manages merchant integration
Conduct weekly calls with Local Express representatives to address outstanding tasks and any blockers that the client or Local Express might have
Participate in weekly calls to discuss Mx in the LE pipeline
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in project management or customer success management with client-facing experience
Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience in client management is a plus, including end-to-end ownership of onboarding, project management, and account management
Great communication skills
Efficiency in task execution
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain control over multiple moving parts
