Responsibilities

Transcoding and ingesting features, dailies, and marketing materials
Starting, prepping, and organizing projects for creative editors
Uploading and downloading prep, source materials, and assets via Aspera, Box, WireDrive, and other assorted FTPs
Understanding proper project organization and finder level structure
Maintain accessibility of system and alert appropriate parties when down
Maintain and prioritize a backlog of requests
Prepping files for finishing – creating AAF, EDLs, shot list, CCSL, Cue Sheets, etc
Asset management and archiving of projects to LTO
Maintain storage of files and keeping logs of archives
QC all deliverables
Performs other related duties as assigned by editors and management

Required
