Program Performance Management Analyst
Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Performance Management Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role focuses on analyzing program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines, developing budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses, while ensuring accurate funding management throughout the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Support analyzing program performance in compliance with contractual and government guidelines
Develop budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial analyses; assess and mitigate cost and schedule risks; and ensure accurate funding management and baseline control throughout the contract lifecycle
Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions
Provide standard professional advice and create initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree and 2+ years related experience OR equivalent work experience
Effectively uses problem solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve business needs with technology solutions
Comfortable presenting content to customers (internal or external) and/or others
Ability to perform as an integral part of a team
Solid organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Project and Excel
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred
Understanding of project management processes and practices, including Earned Value
Understanding of financial reporting practices and terminology
Understanding of manufacturing management processes and practices
Working knowledge of Deltek COBRA tool used for managing project costs and measuring performance, and analyzing budgets, actuals and forecasts
