BBI Logistics is a rapidly growing transportation solutions provider based in Central Ohio. They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support cash flow, maintain customer relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding and collections processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Record and apply incoming payments, including ACH transfers and checks
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies accurately and efficiently
Manage new customer onboarding by uploading contracts, reviewing payment terms, and assessing credit reports
Proactively communicate with new customers to confirm invoice delivery and verify correct banking information
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to active billing
Prepare and run weekly accounts receivable and aging reports
Monitor customer accounts and follow up with brokers and customers on overdue balances or accounts requiring attention
Support collections efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships
