Responsibilities

Follows procedures for reporting and maintaining patient records
Assists with quality control procedures and instrument calibrations and maintenance
Participates in laboratory operations and meetings as needed
Confirms accuracy of clinical charts prior to release for insurance and physician reviews
Responsible for ordering/receiving lab supplies and maintaining inventories
Verifies specimen chain of custody during lab procedures
Assists embryologists with the general lab duties
Maintains inventories and lab supplies

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in sciencesElectronic Medical Records (EMR)Microsoft OfficeLab administration experienceQuality control proceduresInventory management

Required

Bachelor's degree in one of the sciences
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred

Previous lab admin experience
