In this role, you will partner with field leaders to understand their needs and find the right talent, while also representing the company in the community and tracking sourcing efforts.

Responsibilities
Using digital tools and classic relationship‑building to identify great talent
Connecting with both active and passive candidates and building genuine, ongoing relationships
Representing FBFS in the community — at job fairs, campus events, and other outreach activities
Sharing our story — who we are, what we value, and why our culture is special
Tracking your sourcing efforts so we can see what’s working and continuously improve
Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teammates, hiring managers, and leaders to make thoughtful, high‑quality hiring decision
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills. This means connecting authentically with people at all levels
A curious, creative mindset that loves discovering talent in unexpected places
Confidence using data, digital tools, and structured processes to stay organized and effective
The ability to prioritize what matters most and stay organized even when the environment isn't highly structured
Comfort working in an environment where priorities shift and structure evolves with the ability to stay focused on what drives results
