Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day data processing and upkeep of existing jobs in a hybrid work environment
Focused on building, optimizing, and securing scalable data pipelines utilizing SQL, Python, and Spark/Scala
Involved in architecting and ingestions of new datasets and ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance
Engages in troubleshooting, automated monitoring, and setting best practices for data operations
Collaborates with team members to improve cloud cost efficiencies and job performance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark/Scala for data ingestion, transformation, and encryption
Experience with Data Lake architectures and cloud-agnostic data processing
Knowledge of optimization techniques for cloud costs and performance enhancements
Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor to interact effectively with team members
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
