Novant Health is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support their SC Region, preferably candidates located in Hilton Head or Charleston, SC. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent, managing the full candidate lifecycle, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities

Attract, source, and hire diverse talent that reflects the communities that Novant Health serves
Responsible for the full candidate lifecycle: from managing hiring manager relationships, sourcing, screening, and hiring for a high-quality pipeline of diverse candidates
Screens resumes, performs initial interview screening, and stewards qualified candidates through their hiring experience with Novant—including offer extension and smooth transition to onboarding
Partners with our team member experience team on the onboarding process, including pre-employment screening, credentialing, and other onboarding material—providing that each candidate’s needs are met and that the onboarding process completes in a timely manner
Participates in varying degrees in recruitment operations, sourcing, strategic consulting, executive recruitment, workforce planning, candidate experience, and other areas as needed

Required

High School Diploma or GED, required
4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field, required
No degree required if experience is 8 yrs or more, required
3 years of Recruiting experience, health care recruiting preferred with a Bachelor Degree, required
OR 8 yrs of recruiting experience without a Bachelor Degree, required
Communication: Creates an environment that supports and respects diversity to promote creative problem solving
Communicates the value of activities within the organization and community to gain cooperation and collaborative partnership
Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed
Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner
Inclusion & Belonging: Fosters a work environment of inclusion and belonging
Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant current local, federal, as well as state regulatory and governing standards for recruitment
