Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
Consult and coach hiring managers on recruiting strategies, timelines, and best practices; develop and deliver interview training as needed
Support immigration-related recruiting activities in alignment with legal requirements and company policies
Partner with managers and staff on university outreach efforts to help source and connect with emerging talent
Build pipelines for current and future business needs by leveraging market knowledge, candidate relationships, and community networks
Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, trust-building, and problem-solving
Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes aligned with company objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to include managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships among geographically dispersed, virtual teams
Advanced proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems
Proven success in sourcing and attracting top talent for both immediate and long-term needs
Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and decisive action orientation
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; able to build trust at all levels
