Responsibilities
Develop, administer, configure, and support Microsoft Power Applications, .NET applications, Microsoft Power BI dashboards/reports, and SharePoint solutions
Lead application deployment processes and ensure alignment with State standards
Set up, configure, and collaborate with State teams on infrastructure implementation (e.g., databases, servers, and related components)
Implement integrations with State Enterprise Architecture Services, including APIs, Identity Management, and related services
Develop application-specific failover strategies to ensure services meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Develop integration strategies and validation processes to incorporate audit-ready capabilities
Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to gather and understand requirements
Facilitate meetings, testing activities, and other tasks necessary for successful implementation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Power Platform development (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, PCF Controls, Power Automate, Power BI)
5+ years of experience in any combination of the following: C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Entity Framework
Experience implementing Power BI dashboards for public consumption
Experience using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps (including source control and pipelines)
Experience working with SSIS, SSRS, and/or SQL Server (T-SQL)
Preferred
Experience implementing technical solutions for the State of Louisiana, Department of Public Safety
Experience leading client engagements from strategy to solution implementation (including governance, operating models, design, delivery, deployment, and ongoing maintenance)
Experience leading a team of developers
Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
