Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects, from ideation and requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring

Design, develop, and maintain robust workflows in collaboration with other engineers and business users

Serve as the technical SME for AI workflow automation, providing guidance on best practices

Gather and apply lessons learned from organizational feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in AI build initiatives

Ensure that all automation solutions comply with ICE’s security, compliance, and change management standards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

5+ years of professional experience in engineering or process automation roles

Minimum 2 years of direct, hands-on experience leading and building AI/automated solutions

Demonstrated ability to identify, architect, build, and deploy workflow automations at scale

Strong knowledge of two or more workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, PowerAutomate, Copilot Studio, and Moveworks

Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and vector databases

Programming skills in JavaScript and Python

Strong analytical and critical thinking

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow, Polar, BigPanda, and/or other enterprise tools

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma, Agile, etc.)

Experience working in a highly regulated industry (banking, aerospace, automotive, etc.)
