Responsibilities

Provide IT support and helpdesk services
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
Assist with Windows desktop administration, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Manage endpoint protection, patch management, and asset tracking tools
Support basic networking tasks (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs)
Work independently while escalating issues when appropriate

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Hands-on experience with Windows desktop administration, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs)
Experience with endpoint protection, patch management, and asset tracking tools
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with ITIL-style incidents and change processes
Ability to work independently while escalating when appropriate
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

Familiarity with VMware, Azure AD, and cloud applications
Exposure to backup and disaster recovery systems
Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell or Python) is a plus
