Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales role supports the Sales team by managing accounts and partnerships to achieve revenue targets while ensuring a positive customer experience, collaborating with multiple departments to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Build new and maintain existing relationships
Identify opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion and revenue growth
Leverage data and analysis to make decisions and drive accurate forecasting of the business
Work closely with other departments to establish strong communication and successful support
Support outside sales team with CRM data entry and monitor project progress
Build and send quotes to customers
Monitor and manage online sales requests and new leads requests
Focus on Utility Scale Solar experience preferred
Provide hands on order management and support, as well as strategic advice on order optimization
Support new and existing sales partnerships for US PV business
Execute a high-touch Customer Operations model that includes proactive outreach to, and engagement with new and existing customers
Monitor and review analytics related to customers, and provide insights to management on key customer performance and areas of risk

Required

Experience in a sales / customer service / operations role
Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with data management systems such as an ERP or CRM, Salesforce preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong analytical problem-solving
Strong organization and attention to detail
Goal-oriented focus
Clear and articulate communication
Time management skills
