Responsibilities
Source Talent: Connect with candidates nationwide to fill exciting roles for our clients
Engage & Recruit: Handle inbound and outbound recruiting calls, reviewing resumes, and guiding candidates through the application process
Maintain Compliance: Assist with I-9 completions and E-verifications, ensuring all documentation is in order
Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely order fulfillment
Stay Organized: Keep accurate notes and manage job orders in our ATS system
Qualification
Required
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
2-3 years of experience in staffing/recruiting, specifically in a temporary labor market
Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
Proficient in web applications and Microsoft Word/Excel
A go-getter mentality with the ability to self-manage and work effectively in teams
Experience sourcing candidates through social media and community resources
Preferred
Avionte BOLD experience is a plus
