New Grad, Entry LevelGraton Resort & Casino is seeking a Host for their AYA Rooftop Restaurant. The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures
Greet all guests promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival
Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using OpenTable
Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials if needed
Follow the steps of service as outlined by the department on a consistent basis
Maintain an organized and clean host stand, lobby, and entrance area at all times
Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
Monitor dining room flow and seat guests in a balanced manner for server sections
Answer the telephone promptly and professionally; assist with guest inquiries and requests
Work closely with the management team and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Follow all company, departmental, and health and safety policies and procedures
Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned by management
Promote and maintain a positive and cooperative team environment
Maintain a polished, professional appearance in compliance with grooming standards
