The role focuses on building conversational AI using various cloud platforms and modernizing SharePoint applications to enhance customer experience and workforce productivity.

Responsibilities
Design and develop AI/GenAI chatbot solutions using Microsoft, Google CCAI, and AWS platforms
Build and modernize M365 solutions replacing SharePoint On-Prem applications
Integrate chatbots with APIs, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and enterprise systems
Implement NLP, prompt engineering, RAG, and GenAI best practices
Monitor and improve chatbot performance using dashboards and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and AI governance/CoE groups
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and emerging technology evaluations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services
Experience with Google CCAI and AWS AI services
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python
Hands-on experience with M365 (SharePoint, Power Platform)
Experience modernizing SharePoint On-Prem to M365
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years IT experience
3+ years AI/Chatbot development experience
5+ years .NET development
1+ year Power Platform experience
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
