Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, breezeways, and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas of the community. This includes cleaning and sanitizing outdoor grills, pool area, and amenity furniture
Assist with basic landscaping duties such as leaf removal and mulch replacement
Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards
Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
Qualification
Required
