Senior Sales Executive
Staftonic LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for enterprise deals ranging from $5M to $10M+. The role involves building and managing relationships with major US Aerospace and Defense primes, collaborating with engineering teams, and executing go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
Own full sales cycle for $5M–$10M+ enterprise deals
Build and manage relationships with major US A&D primes and semiconductor customers
Collaborate with engineering teams to shape technical solutions (embedded systems, FPGA, avionics, defense electronics)
Execute US go-to-market strategy and meet aggressive revenue targets
Lead customer pursuits in regulated, high-security environments
Qualification
Required
12–18+ years in engineering services or technical sales
Proven experience closing $5M+ deals in Aerospace, Defense, or Semiconductor domains
Strong understanding of embedded systems, FPGA/VLSI, avionics, and high-reliability manufacturing
Experience selling outsourced engineering services to primes/OEMs
Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA preferred
Willingness to travel within the US
