Manage and coordinate be.well services for OT/PT
Provide direct aquatic wellness services
Work closely with the be.well and aquatic leads as well as with the supervisor
Attend the wellness series and 'try it' days coordinating with be.well leads and program champions
Learn and master various platforms/databases such as One Drive, Asana, Active, and Teams
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of related previous work experience
Strong skills with interpersonal communication and customer service
Demonstrate ability to or willing to learn how to manage patients with challenging behaviors
Ability to safely physically handle patients
Highly organized and able to work with a team
Must obtain certification and training in the following areas within the first year of hire: Swim Angelfish, Water Safety Instruction, Adapted Aquatics Certification
