RPIE Systems Specialist

They are seeking a USMCMax/RPIE Systems Specialist to provide on-site support for the Marine Corps in managing facility maintenance and Real Property Installed Equipment records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Support the monthly migration of facility maintenance data from the maintenance contractor’s Maximo system into USMCMax, utilizing the government-defined flat file import process
Coordinate with the maintenance contractor to receive one flat file per month for import
Execute and monitor data imports, ensuring successful ingestion into USMCMax
Validate data accuracy, completeness, and proper mapping following each import cycle
Review all migrated work orders to ensure inclusion of required minimum data fields, including but not limited to: Approved Date, Description, Location and Location Sub, Master System, Work Order Detail, Status and Status Date, Priority, Work Type and Work Center, Actual and Scheduled Start/Finish Dates, Labor Hours, Material Cost, and Duration, Asset Number, Reported, Modified Date, and Modified By
Identify and resolve data gaps or discrepancies to ensure full usability and reporting compliance
Validate MCSF-BI Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) inventory using the approved Asset Verification Form for MCSF-BI
Review existing RPIE records in USMCMax and ensure each asset contains the required minimum records, including: UNIFORMAT classification (Master System, System, Sub-System), Maintenance Requirements, Location, Parent Asset, Asset Type and Asset Status
Add missing RPIE assets into USMCMax with all required fields fully populated and validated
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with USMCMax and Marine Corps RPIE systems
Working knowledge of IBM Maximo and flat file data migration processes
Familiarity with DoD real property regulations, asset management, and facility maintenance documentation standards
Experience validating, auditing, and reconciling large maintenance and asset datasets
Ability to work independently on-site as a single full-time resource
Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government-issued CAC
Strong attention to detail and data integrity
Ability to coordinate effectively with government personnel and contractors
Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Commitment to good workmanship and accepted industry best practices
Ability to perform work with minimal impact to base operations and mission activities
Willing and able to attend up to two (2) off-site USMCMax training events or conferences per year to maintain system proficiency and stay current with Marine Corps CMMS updates
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
