Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and perform gap analysis
Knowledge of Payment Acquiring Services business model and Settlement services is critical
Define future-state business architecture and represent it via business/system process flows
Gather business and technical/functional requirements for SDLC phases
Schedule and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with internal/external resources
Identify gaps, impacts, and requirements across impacted areas
Interpret functional & non-functional requirements in multiple formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule)
Apply mathematical concepts to practical scenarios
Create and manage business requirement collateral for each SDLC stage
Modify requirements through amendments/variances for scope changes
Support integration testing to ensure specs meet business needs
Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and present information comprehensively
Respond effectively to IT, product owners, and internal/external client queries
Demonstrate strong organization, time management, listening, communication, and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity, MS Office
8+ years related IT experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
In-depth knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies, and industry
Ability to handle complex processes, systems, and projects
Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Deep knowledge of application development technologies, methodologies, and merchant acquiring industry
Experience with transaction processing and monetary settlement technology, Payment technology projects
Exposure to technical projects involving compliance release cycles with credit payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover) and debit networks (Maestro, Interlink, accel etc)
