Responsibilities
Creating/designing/maintaining content on the internal Culture intranet page
Written communications and administrative tasks associated with Culture & Colleague Experience initiatives and programs, such as the Culture eMagazine
Creating/presenting material that supports culture and colleague experience initiatives. (Microsoft PowerPoint skills required)
Researching material and sources related to culture and colleague experience topics and will be responsible for reporting findings and ideas to the Culture & Colleague Experience team
Planning, execution and follow up of Culture & Colleague Experience live and virtual events
Analyzing and enhancing Culture & Colleague Experience programs/initiatives, ensuring excellence in all content delivery for key colleague programs
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
Highly organized
Demonstrated strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
Strong analytical skills
Collaborative and inclusive team player
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Legally eligible to work in the U.S
