Business Development Associate
GreekYearbook is the leading provider of innovative photography solutions for Greek organizations. They are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities while supporting ongoing growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Support marketing and sales efforts through research, events, social media, email campaigns, and cold-calling
Sales Support: Develop quotes, proposals, contracts, and presentations to nurture leads and close new business
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
Event & Convention Support: Attend conventions, represent the company, and execute timely follow-ups post-event
Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with cross-functional teams and maintain accurate Salesforce records, reports, and dashboards
Qualification
Required
Strong sales, marketing, and interpersonal skills
Comfort with outreach efforts, including phone calls, face-to-face interactions, and video communication
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Confidence working toward goals and managing multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate CRM tools
Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including occasional weekends and overnight travel
Preferred
Experience with Greek Life is a plus, but not required
