10+ years expYorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified Software Development Task Leader who will support The Headquarters Department of the Army (HDQA) Deputy Chief of Staff Operations, Directorate for Training G-3/5/7 with the Army Training Models (ATM) applications. The role involves providing technical and programmatic support, managing senior analysts, and ensuring the successful execution of training programs and funding requirements for Army-wide collective and individual training.

Responsibilities
Shall serve as the lead analyst supporting key segments of the work performed on this project
Shall control and manage the work efforts of senior analysts performing analysis or system design tasks
Provide technical and programmatic support to the Training Directorate, including program management, technical assistance, and subject matter expertise directly supporting the Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM)
Support the Army Training Models contract with the following tasks:
Software maintenance
Software development
Training
Custom Analysis
Staff Support
Provide assistance and support to the Army Training Models contract with these specified tasks:
Populate, Update Per Capita Rates, and Reconcile data
Support Army modernization (ReARMM)
Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MODCOP) development
Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Operations and Research Staff Support
Qualification
Required
Must have 10 or more years of experience in predictive modeling in core application languages
Must have experience working with Army force structure and cost data
Must have demonstrated experience working in at least CMMI-Dev Level 3
Must have at least three years' experience with the Army certification process to include creating and submitting applications for Certificates of Net worthiness (CoNs)
Must have experience with developing and submitting documentation for an application to be hosted on Pentagon servers. This documentation is necessary to achieve a Tenant in Good Standing (TiGS) utilizing the Tenant Security Plan (TSP) to be granted an Authority to Operate (ATO)
Must possess 5 years or more experience in developing system design requirements for training resource applications used to support decision-making at HQDA
Must possess thorough knowledge, experience and skill using the applications on this project (cTRM/BLTM/cITRM/cATRM/cMRM)
Must have user knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Must possess a bachelor's degree
Must have COMPO specific Army experience
Must be functionally familiar with Army doctrine, Army and Reserve component acronyms
Requires a SECRET Clearance
