Responsibilities

Optimize quote processes and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for quote turnaround times

Lead the Customer Solutions Center, designing quote intake standards and enforcing follow-up protocols

Implement effective sales enablement programs to accelerate new reps' ramp-up time and improve productivity

Transform asset management into a streamlined system to enhance inventory velocity and reduce aged inventory dollars

Integrate financial and billing processes to ensure a smooth deal pipeline, minimizing errors and delays

Publish actionable commercial reports that drive results and keep the team aligned and motivated

Required

Bachelor of Arts in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
