Responsibilities
Work in a highly collaborative fashion with a cross-section of project members, stakeholders, partners, and other E&E leaders and colleagues
Lead and support initiatives from discovery and scoping through execution and delivery, in alignment with our Bank Operations strategy
Create relevant reporting and governance cadences to fulfill stakeholder needs
Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners
Support the Financial management of the projects
Contribute thought leadership to the broader E&E team on the industry, our Bank businesses, banking and payments financials, strong consulting practices, analytics, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in project management activities
Execution and Enablement (E&E) Project Management experience (3 yrs)
Financial and Banking sector (3 yrs)
Preferred
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Problem solver with an ownership mindset and ability to influence without authority
Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to identify and address exceptions or disagreements
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to expand banking knowledge, support critical changes, and accelerate execution
Ability to operate in a demanding, high-expectations, and standards environment
